Paul diagnosed the problem exactly! Replaced the two defective parts promptly! Verified that cold air was being circulated and can fill the refrigerator with fresh food in 10 hours. No more eating out. Unfortunately he only comes to Estes Park twice a month.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Paul. He was professional in his attitude and efficiently productive with his time. I highly recommend him and your company. Only issue I had was with your AI communication scheduling the appointment. Very confusing as it said I had the appointment set but I needed to reschedule. I was glad to see Paul at his appointed time.
