Paul was helpful and a good advisor. I give him an A. The rest of our experience with A&E was absolutely horrible. No accountability, no communication, scheduling & rescheduling without my consent or agreement. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Hard to fully represent my feelings about the service we got without using profanity.
