poor workmanship
It eemed like this individual did not understand his job. The work was poor and parts were not ordered. During the installation process hose were burnt, but not replaced.

He never fixed the dishwasher
He never fixed my dishwasher. He was fumbling, he was visibly shaking. He left and emailed me a receipt saying he installed it. He said I was being combative because I asked him why I had to sign a waiver for possible damages. I asked him if he could please promise me that he would not damage my dishwasher and he said no he could not do that. I told him to put my dishwasher racks back in the dishwasher and leave it how he found it. He put one screw on one side and I had to tell him to put the other screw in on the other side like it was when he took it apart. He had lost that screw and tried with 2 more screws which he left on top of the dishwasher then tried again with a 3rd screw and finally got it in. He didn't know what he was doing and was visibly shaking the whole time. Totally unprofessional and confused on what he was doing the whole time he was here. He tried to tell me to go into the other room till he was done fixing it. That is ridiculous this is my house. I tried calling your company when the part that was ordered didn't show. The 2nd guy ordered it again and it showed up damaged. I spent 2 hours on the phone with your company trying to get to talk to someone or the supervisor of the company and was told I couldn't do that. Your company is a HUGE scam company with VERY incompetent people. What a miserable experience. I am disabled and now I am left with fixing it myself. Carma will get you guys. You guys Absolutely Suck and all of you are Total Ripoffs. I wish nothing but bad luck for your whole company.

Unacceptable for service and follow up
Ethan, Ethan informed me that in was my braker and he would enter that I needed an electrician on his report; which he told me that the dishwasher would continue to break down without this issue being resolved. Mary

Did not fix the problem
Whatever he fixed or replaced on the icemaker did not work. It is still not making ice at all.

Repair was not tested. Repairman left
Repairman installed the part but did not test the oven, stove before he left. So far we have waited two months for repairman to come, assess and fix stove/oven. But now we must find someone ELSE to check his work. Very unhappy people here.

Still unfixed
Tech has been out multiple times and has still not fixed our dryer. We've been without a fryer for several weeks. Completely dissatisfied.

So disappointing
Luis walked in and said the problem was because the heat button was not pushed on the dishwasher. We had to explain the information provided in the repair request to even get him to look further at the dishwasher. He open the bottom panel and said we needed a pump, but he couldn't fix it because it needed a flex hose and a turn off valve. he never removed anything from under the sink to look and see that there is already a flex hose there and a turn off valve. He spent more time on the phone outside then he did looking at the Dishwasher.

No resolurion
Technician would not work on appliance without a waiver stating if floor damaged occurred by moving refrigerator, Sears is not responsible.

Refrigerator repair
We have been without our refrigerator for 27 days and this repairman has not fixed the whirlpool after 4 visits and three orders of parts we are sick of this!
