We're nice young men but
Did not fix the problem. Makes a lot of noise that is not just the ice dropping

Rolla arrived without calling first (said he tried but phone found to be functional). Poor guy was continually yawning, don't believe he was well-rested. Here for almost an hour, 4o min in his van, about 10 min in my bathroom, and approximately 10 minutes checking the refrigerator functioning, and vacuuming front and back. Very pleasant person, but don't believe Rolla was feeling well and should have stayed home to rest.

He showed up more than an hour after the eta. He did not have the tools to do the job, and had to make do with inappropriate tools. He was polite, but his clothes and general appearance were disheveled and dingy looking. He did not set clear expectations and did not communicate what he was doing.

Washer diagnostic
While Dustin was prompt I shouldn't have reminded him to not park right next to the trash cans because it's garbage collection day today. He was a little bit miffed that he had to move his vehicle again. Additionally when he was working on the "diagnostic", he turned on tge washer, listened for a few moments, and came to the conclusion that the price for the repair would be close to $900. I asked him how did he know how much that was going to be and how did he know that that was the parts that he was going to be needing? His reply was that he "just knows". To me anybody could guess as to what it is or maybe he was just going off of what I had told him. O asked again, and he said that he "...just knows because he's been doing this for quite a while". I don't care if he's a doctor with 8 years of medical training or not. I wanted to know how he came to that conclusion. He finally estimated that it could possibly be some springs and a belt, but he never even took off a panel or anything to see if there's any other damage to the washer or not, he was just making a guess which I didn't necessarily appreciate, nor his attitude of "knowing" condescension. I can also purchase a new washer for less than $900. Separately it would be helpful if your technicians could work on more than one appliance at a time rather than having two separate charges and two separate technicians taking up the entire day. If you take your car into a mechanic they generally know how to work on more than one type of vehicle.

Terrible.. machine still doesn't work
The same technician has come 3 times, ordered parts but does not stay to see if the issue is resolved. He left yesterday and the machine drain still does not work and is unusable. After each visit, it takes 1-2 weeks to reschedule so my machine has been unusable for weeks.

Repair dryer?
It would have been nice if he fixed the dryer instead of blaming it on the dryer hose. D80 code an hour after he left.

Review
The individual who show up was acting really silly and goofy. I finally told to leave I did not feel comfortable with him being in my home. He did not lo8k at the refrigerator.

Did not assemble correctly
The oven door was not reassembled correctly. The screws are now poking through the front handle and the door does not close correctly. I need someone to return and replace the now damaged handle and properly assemble the door.

Didn't fix it
Came in and said it's fixed but it wasn't. They have no technicians so I'll be w/o AC for over a month before they come again.
