Richard was great!! He was knowledgeable, thorough and prompt. Only issue I had was setting appointment. Initially given a time frame of 8 - 5. Thought I indicated before 10:30 and after 1:00. Appears he never received this message as when he first called he asked if 11:00 worked. Advised I would not be present at that time. He reworked his schedule to come at a later time. Should be better way to narrow appointment time so won't be tied up all day, Also phone number of technician would be helpful in cased something comes up & can't make appointment.

Appointment Scheduling Poor

The service provided by the tech was fine. However the scheduling tool used by Sears is very poor. They provide a 9 hour window only, with no further narrowing of the window. So I end up having to stay home all day waiting for the tech to text me right before he comes. I received automated email and text from Sears stating there was more specific timing but it provided nothing. The scheduling system and process is broken.

Paul has been as helpful as possible without the correct parts being sent. He has spent his and my valuable time repeatedly over 4 months in a situation that needs to be resolved with a replacement range. Parts are not available. Sears is not responding according to the contract.

Paul E has been out three times with recommendations to replace our refrigerator however American Home Shield says they have not received any notes from him!!
