Seemed ok
When he first arrived, he had to use the bathroom right away (I would think someone would find a public bathroom before arriving to a customer's house - sorry, I am a germaphobe). He is obviously in training and wanted longer to study the problem before starting to replace the part, but the other repair person who showed up about 15 minutes later told him to get started (not knowing he had been in the bathroom for a while). All in all, he got the part replaced with some help - hopefully it fixed the problem.

Easiest call of the day
Ralph was very cool. He knew what he was doing and apparently there wasn't anything wrong with the washer that we can tell so far. We're going to do a few loads to test it to see if it leaks again.

Whirlpool Refrigerator Repair Great Service
Charles replaced the rubber molding for the right door. He ensured the molding was flat and fit the refrigerator even though it came folded in a box. He also explained to open the right door first to prevent the rubber molding flap from tearing in the future. The repair was timely and he called in advance to notify me that he was coming even though the scheduler never called to give me a 3 hour window.
