Nate did an excellent job. While she was unable to repair my appliance (that is under warranty but Sears denied the repair) she did everything she was able to do. I really appreciated her customer service and communication.

Our service repairman was amazing. Michael did a fantastic job! Very professional and super quick! We had the extended warranty on our Samsung dryer and I wasn’t thrilled that it took three weeks from the time it broke to getting it repaired today, but the repair man was awesome.
