Nate did an excellent job. While she was unable to repair my appliance (that is under warranty but Sears denied the repair) she did everything she was able to do. I really appreciated her customer service and communication.

Our service repairman was amazing. Michael did a fantastic job! Very professional and super quick! We had the extended warranty on our Samsung dryer and I wasn’t thrilled that it took three weeks from the time it broke to getting it repaired today, but the repair man was awesome.

Technician was great! AI scheduling was terrible. Gave me a 4 hour window for service starting at 8:00 am. Finally showed up at 6:30 pm. Wasted my whole day waiting.
