Despite not being able to find a problem, that hopefully doesn't exist, Casey was very methodical and caring in attempting to diagnose our refrigerator cooling problem. He left somewhat frustrated that the issue was not self-event. He provided additional advice about providing sufficient air circulation within the unit and possible replacement refrigerators, should our unit finally give up its ghost.
