Repair vislit 240326
Casey arrived on a timely manner and promptly began to diagnose the problem with the ice maker. He attempted to repair the icemaker. After replacing the icemaker mechanism, he concluded that there were so many electrical short circuits elsewhere in the freezer that the unit could not be repaired, and he canceled the charge for diagnostic charge for the visit. I found him prompt, diligent, and efficient. I would be pleased to have him on a subsequent service call.

Awesome repair man
I've experienced multiple repair men in the last few months on the same appliance. Some would show up and had me questioning if they knew what they were doing. Bruce, is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what needs done and didn't leave me questioning if he was going to cause more problems. Awesome repair, on time and fast.

Communication
Our appointment was canceled and no one bothered to let me know. I contacted the "bot" to reschedule but it was 2 days later. I lost quite a bit of food due to my refrigerator not working properly. Casey replaced the parts that were previously ordered. He was very professional. The system they have for communication is lacking, however it is better than nothing.
