Refrigerator Repair
My experience with Michael G the serviceman sent to my home to service my refrigerator, which is approximately six years old. The biggest complaint with the refrigerator is the refrigerator left door slams whenever it is closed. The refrigerator did not perform this way when I purchased the refrigerator six years ago and it's only been recent in the 6-8 months that it's become an issue. When the door is open and you're about to close the door, it sounds as if the door is being slammed shut. It doesn't seem to matter what position the door is in if the door is half open or in this case 45° from open, of course it wouldn't close from 90°. That would be fully open the door. Once the door starts to move the door seems to pick up speed and slam shut. That was the reason for the service call and for the reason he was sent to my home. Michael G. Attempted to diagnose the problem by opening and closing the door. His first assessment was, I had too much on the door itself so he took the shelves off the door and opened and close the door and it's still slam shut. He then made adjustments to the front of the refrigerator in an attempt I guess to balance the refrigerator which made no difference in the slamming of the door. He then asked for a stool to step on which a lot of him to access the hinge at the top of the door he took it apart, said that the hinges looked fine and his assessment is you're gonna have to live with it because there's nothing else he can do. Since the refrigerator was not sold to me in this condition, I felt that he should've made a better attempt to do something to adjust the door or attempt to fix the door by either replacing the hinge, even though he felt the hinge was not the problem, then my question is what is the problem? So to say the lease, I'm not happy with his attitude that he took or a position he took. Refrigerator work
The guy who fixed the frige did a great job. He worked fast and there have not been anymore problems.

Unanswered questions
Komy came in with his Freon gauges but didn't check levels, our refrigerator has been running nonstop for ten days without cycling on and off, our ice maker puts out one batch every 24 hrs, he said everythings fine there's nothing he could do, I think he could of at least checked Freon cause unit should not run continuously for 10 days without cycling and very little ice being made, not happy with this service.

Waste of time and money
Tech was late and did not have time to wait for the fridge to defrost via his steamer, so left me to do it and said to call back if it continued having the same issue.

Kenmore Washer
First I was told it was a part that was leaking and needed to be replaced so I had it replaced. Washer still leaking. Same tech comes back and states "it's your hoses and the spigot that is leaking and we don't have anything to do with them." So I buy brand new hoses, and pay for a plumber to replace the spigots. Surprise washer is still leaking underneath while running in wash mode. Home Service that I pay for has done nothing to help me.

My washers not been fixed
My washer is still leaking from underneath when the washer is in washing mode!

Problem not fixed
Same problem exist with the dryer. I told him to wait 35 minutes to 40 minutes while running a load to make sure it worked. He left at 25 minutes. The machine shut down 10 min after he least at 35 minutes to 40 minutes. The clothes were almost dry. The bottom of the dryer was hot and would not turn on. It shuts off when it overheats even on this new motor I called to have him come back they wouldn't. I wasn't giving his cell phone number so I couldn't text.

BAD REPAIR GUY
He didn't fix my ice machine nor did he install the parts that were here already that the IT guy on phone ordered for him to install. He left with them n then ordered his own parts n the ice maker still not working . He had the parts to do it . This is the second repair man who can't fix the ice maker . WHAT IS GOING ON !!!! HOW MANY MEN DOES IT TAKE FOR IT TO WORK I AM TIRED BUYING ICE . NO INE KNOWS WHAT THEY R DOING !!!

Rude
Michael was rude, his boss may have been a factor as the boss was incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude while on a phone call with him. If this weren't a warranty repair I would not have allowed him back into my home.

Didn't fix dishwasher
Tech was supposed to just swap out sprayer arm. Claimed to test it. Left and now dishwasher doesn't even run a cycle. Just stops after trying to drain. This is after waiting 2 weeks! Now I'll have to get on the schedule again for another appointment window of 8-5. Yay….
