Very Good
The service was well done despite the issue not being fixed initially due to a potential problem with the ice maker.
Jamaal S,
Colorado Springs, CONew Error Message Now
It was frustrating that it took 3 visits each a week apart to get it completed. However, after putting in new wiring and lock it now gives a new error message. It says H2O Supply. It starts and apparently washes the clothes but then stops. I open it up and my clothes are soaking wet. I have to punch buttons to get the clothes to spin which takes a few tries. I spent quite a bit of money on my washer and dryer and I am getting pretty frustrated. I never had this particular error message before.
Jeannette V,
Colorado Springs, COPart Confusion, a mess left behind
There was confusion about the parts as to whether they would be delivered to us or the technician. I was unable to get an answer to that. It took calls to several phone numbers to even get to a person at Sears...who did not have a good or accurate answer about parts. Once the work was complete, there was a significant mess to clean up...including several grease stains on our carpet. Water, grease on the floor, dirt stains on the walls outside the laundry room, all over the door. Grease and dirt inside on the drum and agitator. Still cleaning.

Colorado Spgs, CONot serviceable
Tech showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem then discovered it was not serviceable by sears. He put everything back to where it was and left. The tech was good and did what he could.
Dan S,
Colorado Springs, COClothes dryer tepair
Michael G was on time and very pleasant. He replaced some items but unfortunately the dryer was not fixed it has the same noise problem if not worse than before he came. Called both Sears and choice Warrenty and was told claim was closed and same repair could not be reported. What do u do now?
Olivia Manzo,
Colorado Spgs, CORIDICULOUSLY POOR SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY!
I called in mid-June to ask for repairs to my refrigerator. An appointment was set for TWI WEEKS LATER, because the technician who works in my area (in the mountains) only comes here on Thursdays, and had mo availabilities the following week. Before that appointment, I was asked to explain the nature of the problem with the fridge, which I did. The technician finally arrived, but had NONE OF THE PARTS necessary for the repair, despite my prior description! He said he had to order the parts, and that he would return on the Thursday after the parts arrived. They arrived at my house about ten days later, and he came back that Thursday. (By that time, it had been ONE MONTH since my first call, asking for service!) When he opened the parts package, he said that IT WAS THE WRONG PART, and he would have to re-order the correct one! He scheduled his next visit for TWO WEEKS LATER(!), to be sure the parts would have arrived. The parts arrived (at my house, again) TWO DAYS LATER! When I called the office to ask for the technician to come sooner, I was told that he had no room for me any sooner in his schedule. So after ANOTHER TWO WEEKS' WAIT, the day arrived for the technician's visit, but he never showed up! When I called in to find out where he was, I was told that he was not working that day, and my repair appointment was being rescheduled — for FOUR WEEKS LATER!!! He finally arrived yesterday, August 22nd, and made the repairs with the parts I had been holding for him for about six weeks! I bought my Sears Appliance Warranty almost exactly two years ago, and this was the first repair I had needed since then. The Warranty covered all of my appliances for five years, and cost me more than $2,200! If this experience with my first repair is the service I can expect under this Warranty, it is unacceptable, and I think I am owed a full refund!
Marijo M,
Divide, CORepairs still not complete
Compressor was replaced yesterday afternoon. Allowed refrigerator to run all night. Compressor is now running, but refrigerator is not cooling and freezer is not freezing. Sears Parts Direct (under Part Information) indicates replacing compressor requires a software update (Part # CJT30000002). Might that be the problem or has another component failed?
Lorna L,
Colorado Spgs, CODryer
I had a diagnostic on my dryer and washer. My washer I ordered a part and pre paid for that part and service. I just went to use my dryer and I noticed my dryer light was not reconnected. Also I don't think it's fair to charge me the huge price for the washer and then a diagnostic for the dryer when the same per was the one for both. Also I wasn't comfortable having a guy that today was his first day on his own. I sent him error code OE on text days prior and I have to wait until next Friday to get my washer fixed . Please make sure whoever comes they reconnect my dryer light since it was working before I had it serviced.
