Where the excess number of visits due to poor craftsmanship Of our Whirlpool fridge, poor diagnostics or limited skills of the tech you sent us. He was very kind and cooperative, but seemed at a loss for what was causing the problem. Does he need better diagnostic equipment?

I was concerned that our trusty Kenmore clothes dryer could be repaired, but Sears Home Services was able to get parts and complete the repair in six days. Michael kept us informed as he progressed and demonstrated the repaired dryer.

Michael needed two trips that included order and delivery of a part. All went well. I was frustrated trying to communicate with a human to ensure Sears knew that a safety latch was still inoperable after the first visit. When the robot asked for the service order # it was unable to recognize the 8 digits and could not get me to a human. That part of your system needs work. So 5 stars for Michael and 3 for Sears! Average 4.

He did a very good job on our appliances. The one thing he couldn't do was what we really needed fixed. We needed our range fixed and he said that he was not allowed to work on propane appliances, so our range still doesn't work. Everything else got there yearly service.
