James did great. He had the part needed. No issues. I will rate him 5 stars. But, I have an improvement for Sears. I believe it is not OK and not customary to ask the homeowner to set aside a full day ( 8am to 5pm) to wait for the tech. I believe 1/2 a day is plenty. I would consider a 2 hour window to be 'very good'. This is a sears scheduling problem.
