Casey was on time, kept me in the loop, and walked me through what he was doing to fix our problem. He was able to repair our dryer during his first visit which was a plus for us.

The part was figured out before Aaron arrived and Aaron had it in his truck so no normal double trip this time (first trip figure out what's bad, order it and come back a second time to fix the problem).
