Charles was great. 1st time he was able to call and give me a 2hr window as to amen he would be there. He then called when he was on his way. Communiction was awesome. 2nd time window was 8-5 ( not his fault). Then a text that he was on his way. Luckily we were home and available when he showed up. His diagnosis was spot on and work was the same. Very cordial proffesional and polite.

Aaron is the 7th technician to visit on the same problem over the last 60 days. He is the first of the technicians to conduct thorough diagnostics Apparently, the last replacement part was installed incorrectly. Sears process forces a virtual restart each time
