James is always excellent in the performance of his work with me at my rental property. He maintains my furnace and swamp cooler and makes any repairs necessary. Sears is able to schedule him to come out to my property within a day or two to get any needed work done. James is very polite and is a veteran. I always am glad to see James.

Washer problem turned out to be drain

Called about my washing machine; thought it was leaking or had a broken drain pipe. Turns out it's my floor drain. He was very nice. Sympathized with me. He redirected the washer to drain into the sink next to the washing machine, thereby having it drain slower. But I'll still have to call a plumber. The technician was very nice about it.
