Daniel was prompt, courteous, thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired, gave timely updates on each step of the repair process, friendly and completely professional...very happy with this service experience.

Dan inspected my DW and determined the problem. He ordered the parts and rescheduled to make the repairs. Fortunately, everything went quickly and even though the DW is old it's working again. The only negative comment is that my repair window was from 8 am to 5 pm. Not reasonable to sit and wait all day for a 20-30 minute appointment.
