Look, it took FOUR appointments to get a service call! That is unacceptable. What is acceptable is Daniel's service and professionalism. He did a quick and thorough job. Well done, Daniel. Kenmore needs to do a better job of setting and keeping appointments. It took 5 weeks and four sheduled appointments to get a a service call.

Dan did a exceptional job with my Washer. The main issue is that Sears does a very poor job of keeping the customer updated on the arrival of technician. The estimated time changed 3 times, I never received a text, only email, and the worst is NO TIME WINDOW! They only say 8 to 5, and they are the worst at managing to this. All other service company's provide a 2 to 4 hour window and keeps the customer updated by text.
