Our technician did a good job of identifying issue, getting parts ordered. However we sat at our home not once but twice a week apart from 8-5 when we were then told the appt was rescheduled until today when he did finally return and complete the repair. Sears has a VERY annoying system that does not allow calls to real person so impossible to find out why we wasted 2 full days only to have appt rescheduled. The technician was fine but system s*cks!

My appointment was scheduled for Friday December 6. I spoke with someone on Friday November 29 telling her I had already been told someone that I wouldn't be home on Monday and to keep the Friday appointment. But apparently those people weren't communicating with each other. So I wasn't home. My roommate let the technician in and I spoke to him over the phone. I just needed to make sure that it wasn't a water issue. He said it wasn't and I told him he could leave because I was buying a new dishwasher.

It seems the Tech fixed everything however he left 3 boxes for us to put into the trash. I think better customer service would've been for him to take the trash with him.

Oven warmer repair

Demtri was unfamiliar with the substitute part sent for the repair. he figured it out and the oven warmer appears to be working in a test. But I have not had a chance to use it everyday yet. Also this was the second day I had to wait for the repairman. The first day, a Sears morning email said the repairman would appear at 420p. At 450p, another email said he'd appear at 531pm. At 515pm, another email said the repair was being rescheduled to another day. A whole day was wasted! Sears needs to come up with a better way to forecast APPROXIMATE arrival times. I don't know if'd recommend Sears repair in the future or use it again.

unfortunately, Sears is way overpriced for doing nothing. I have nothing bad to say about Dan. He was very courteous. But I am not happy with the way. Sears did not send text messages like they said they would, did not give me a discount like they said they would and I had to call back and get a lower one pretty much bait and switch. And for what they do, it is way over price and I should've called somebody local. I would recommend Dan highly but I would not recommend Sears service sadly.

After spending about 10 minutes here - he decided that he could not resolve issue. My problem with that is that I'm still stuck with problem and now humane to spend more money to get resolved. Should have been a different fee since nothing was accomplished.
