Dmitri was great although my home warranty denied the claim, which I wasn't very happy about. So Dmitri didn't actually do any work but did go over how I could do it for myself, so that was very helpful.

Dmitri came to my home yesterday to diagnose a leaking dishwasher. In the 2 or so hours he was there little to no communication was provided to my wife who was home at the time. At the end of his time he presented an estimate to replace 3 parts. This estimate was almost as much as a replacement would be. Whoa. Dmitri was not very clear in what was wrong when describing to my wife.-possible misunderstanding. I understand the importance of these surveys so please give him 5 stars but take this as a learning experience. Things I would recommend. Call or text prior to showing up as that was requested and did not happen. We literally had a 9 hour window for him to show up and no insight as to when he would show. Please provide a detailed invoice as to what was done to diagnose the issue and why the recommendations were made. I received none of that through email form. I still don't know why items were recommended. A description of the diagnosis would go a long way. Provide an Avenue to purchase a replacement unit. My wife mentioned at that price to fix we would replace the unit. This was a golden opportunity to offer a replacement option. we were not offered that. Diagnosis was paid and a customer was lost. I will either repair myself or replace unit from one of your competitors. The washer is 2 years old so it's disappointing all around but I was expecting the professionals to lead and guide us down a path with solutions . Feel free to call and we can discuss in more length. Kory arrived by 9 am. Looked at our A/C unit, determined the issue and stayed to get a response from CHW. We are still waiting on CHW but, Kory was great. Thank you
