I just want you guys to know when you guys got Justin you got a dedicated, professional, polite employee, who explains everything to you from step for step for step very professional very careful when he goes up and down the stairs communication every time he goes in every time he goes out. Sears has to have the worst customer service ever. My parts were ordered separately without my knowledge while I waited all day for a technician to come. Then when one didn't I could not get a hold of a live person. Website doesn't help and there is no communication as to when the technician shows up at your door. They just do so you have to make sure and keep watch. I hope I never have to use them again for future repairs.
