Hello Sear's Repair, On a scale of 1-10 (Ten being the Best) Jason was a full 10. He worked hard, and fast and really made every effort to make sure our machine was fixed. He was Super Polite and he cleaned up such that I wouldn't even have known a repair has been done. I was Very impressed with Jason !! I will call Sears Repair Services again !! Dimitri came today for an authorized repair under a warranty contract. He was then informed through the company that it was not covered by the warranty. He calmly spent about 45 minutes on hold and speaking with a representative trying to get a resolution for me. He was extremely professional throughout. He was not allowed to do my repair, but his customer service was excellent.
