We have had 1 or 2 other techs look over our AC water pooling/leaking problem in the past. Isaac was determined to find the root of the problem. He found a small leak at the back of the unit and fixed it. Had Isaac not been so competent and persistent, the leak never would have been found. Thank you for exceptional service!!! Daniel R was quick and efficient. He did a good job. However, the Sears plan is not as good. With modern technology they should be able to be more precise is when the tech will arrive. Giving a time period or between 8am and 5pm is old fashion.
