Technician Conrad repaired the refrigerator in a timely manner while being very professional. He explained the problems, possible issues that could arise while making the repairs and also had me test the product after repairs were made.

Good pre appointment communication, Technician Austin was in uniform and well groomed. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable answering all my questions. This was my first experience with Sears Appliance Maintenance Service and I will use them again.

Russell was great. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I've had trouble with this appliance for 5 years on and off and some technicians were incompetent and inexperienced. This is the second Sears technician I've seen and both were professional and competent

Russell was timely friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I paid $125 for a service call and I could have fixed the problem if I hit enough buttons on the touch screen! It was just some weird glitch.
