Xer got my dryer to stop making a horrible loud noise. It’s an old clothes dryer so I’ll keep using it until it goes completely out. Xer was very knowledgeable and efficient and friendly. Thank you. I can now live in peace.

Austin checked everything and then diagnosed the problem as probably a clogged hose and that I should call a plumber. Since he couldn't fix it, I had to pay the whole $129. I didn't like that too much...
