This technician listened to me but did not act as if he wanted to fix anything. He checked 2 appliances & spent less than 15 minutes in my home. 10 minutes after he left, my Whirlpool gas oven repeated error code FSE1 ( or F5E1) & had to be unplugged.

Lawson is a very nice gentleman however he needs to expedite his work to supervisors much sooner to gain efficiency in order to relieve his customers of elemental discomforts when their home isn’t working accordingly. He needs to cut down on his returns and install/uninstall times by half. More expert training would serve him to become very efficient and sufficient in his field as he is a good fit for his position. I would live to see him be supported by Sears with proper education and training in his endeavors. Blessings to you Lawson.

the service was finally done. the communications was bad. they came out and told us what needed to be done on time. they ordered the part then did not show for the follow up appointment to fix it and it had already been paid for. I had to get pissed and put in for another appointment since it had been over a week since the appointment they did not show to. i called and text the number i had and no answer. It was finally fix after getting upset with the person.

Our Dishwasher does not have water coming in, the guy touched some buttons following the manual, checked the water pipes, and told me the control board doesn't work, and wanted to charge $700+ to repair it. One day later, I found the dishwasher is leaking, which is a new problem.

Schedule 2 appointments first one was suppose to be between 1 and 5 pm. Last update was they were going to be about 10pm. Cancel and reshedule for 2 days later for early service 8am to 12pm. Looked on there tracking system said I was next on the stop should arrive 10:11 to 10:39 decided at 100: am to cancel because of no communication. It doesn't matter what number you call you can not talk to any one.

This company is horrible. We scheduled an appointment for Monday from 1:00 pm - 5:00pm. We kept getting texts that pushed our time out to 10:00 pm!!! What company makes a house call that late? We rescheduled for today, Thursday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, but got a text saying they would be here at 10:00 am. Needless to say we still have not heard from them or seen them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Two other technicians came sentí by American home shield prior to sears and both said the compressor of my refrigerator was out. The sears tech was assigned for the repair and he determined it was the seal he “fixed that” and needless to say my refrigerator is still not working
