Assessed where the annoying noise was coming from through focused listening and observing, and then, hopefully, fixed the root cause of the problem. He knew his stuff and was very professional. Maybe now we can have friends and family over to our home for Christmas

The technician (Austin) was very friendly and he quickly identified the reason why our dryer was not functioning. He was able to fix the issue in about 15 minutes. He provided us excellent service. Yeah, is that good?
