The tech was not very talkative about solutions but he did try a thing or two. Only time will tell if it works. He did seem thorough.

Service man was professional and clean and knowledgeable. AI scheduling made it tricky to reschedule. Part seemed very expensive.

Technician was friendly, informative and fixed my appliance. Customer service with the company was horrible. Unable to reach a live representative when I attempted to call numerous times. Appointment was rescheduled first time without me getting any notification.

This technician listened to me but did not act as if he wanted to fix anything. He checked 2 appliances & spent less than 15 minutes in my home. 10 minutes after he left, my Whirlpool gas oven repeated error code FSE1 ( or F5E1) & had to be unplugged.

Lawson is a very nice gentleman however he needs to expedite his work to supervisors much sooner to gain efficiency in order to relieve his customers of elemental discomforts when their home isn’t working accordingly. He needs to cut down on his returns and install/uninstall times by half. More expert training would serve him to become very efficient and sufficient in his field as he is a good fit for his position. I would live to see him be supported by Sears with proper education and training in his endeavors. Blessings to you Lawson.
