This technician listened to me but did not act as if he wanted to fix anything. He checked 2 appliances & spent less than 15 minutes in my home. 10 minutes after he left, my Whirlpool gas oven repeated error code FSE1 ( or F5E1) & had to be unplugged.

the service was finally done. the communications was bad. they came out and told us what needed to be done on time. they ordered the part then did not show for the follow up appointment to fix it and it had already been paid for. I had to get pissed and put in for another appointment since it had been over a week since the appointment they did not show to. i called and text the number i had and no answer. It was finally fix after getting upset with the person.

Worst Ever, this guy only could diagnose half the problem , he said I would have to do the first repair to see if he could fix the second . I told him I’d have to think about it. I really wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend a quarter of the cost of a new stove to maybe have it only half repaired. I said I would think it over and let him know . He then told me oh no you have to decide right now or he would have to start the process over again and charge me another service call fee to diagnose it again. He then said I should have known, well how could I if you didn’t disclose that info until after I paid the first diagnostic service fee. Plus all he wanted to do is sell me an appliance insurance plan . When I said no that’s when he tried to sell me a new Kenmore stove at a discount. I just wanted a day or so to think it over and not feel pressured and why not since he already knew what parts he needed if I chose to proceed . I had to tell this jerk to get out of my house at the end of this little scam pressured sales tactic.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT!!! use this service. They took TWO WEEKS to get one technician to my house just for the technician to keep pushing the date forward when we specifically said we need a dryer it’s important. And when I tried to call to cancel my subscription they hung up on me! Terrible horrible service with just as bad customer service not helpful at all and just want to take your money. Save yourself the trouble please read this. It is not worth the head ache and empty wallet

He blew up my stove...He was the worst ever.Now it doesn't work at all...I'm a senior citizen and feel Elder abuse for coming out four times for the same burner...99 dollars each time...Now he shorted out my electric range..
