Repair man was here on time after Sears rescheduled my appointment 3 times. I signed the diadd. I made it clean that I signed for the ice maker part. I didn't sign that it was working properly.

I appreciate that the technician came on time, calling before his arrival. Once here, he proceeded to analyze the problem without trying to push any selling of policies or warranties. His diagnostic was fast, concise and with no gimmicks. Price was reasonable, under 175 dlls, and machine worked fine after repair. Thank you for that.
