Gilbert (tech #380) did a fantastic job he was very efficient the job was well done. He was knowledge, cordial, and professional. If we need repairs in the future we would be most happy mohave him again.

Thank you so much for your prompt attention in servicing our hot water tank!! I called a few other service providers and only Sears was available to repair this water tank today within a 4-hour window today. Technician was professional and immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me a repair estimate and I used my recent service coupon. Thank you for such great and complete service!! Also, the technician assisted me with our other appliance concerns for my home and he promptly called Sears and I made another service call appointment. As, good as it get!!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my water softener repair. It's like I never had one before and now I do. Sears is now at the top of my list for repairs.

The repairman was very clear on what was happening to the unit. He was very thorough and seemed to care about our concerns. Totally different than the experience we had with the previous technician, who did absolutely nothing.

Guy came out, found problem, gave quote to fix, OK"d quote. fixed problem. Good guy. Would call Sears again to get something fixed. Could not have been any better.
