The technician was thorough and checked all the equipment util he found the issue. Glad to see the techs are still providing quality service. Can’t say the same about Sears customer service. Replacing human customer service support for AI has been a nightmare when scheduling appointments.

Reason for not 5 stars is ,we have 2 year old washer and they came and solved the problem once,but it started again and trouble shooting says it was unbalanced but it will have to be looked at real soon,real soon.Well yes it's hell of time getting someone here to fix it.No blame on Jose,but your AI system is not customer friendly.Actually it's crappy.Go back to a human .Thanks Jose for coming out and fixing the washer
