I tried to call a few other appliance technicians, but they all said I’ll call you back, and never did. I found Sears Appliance Repair, and they had appointments the next day, and actually showed up on time! They even use a text bot to request pictures and explain you situation, and it was pretty accurate and easy. My issue was not complicated (broken plastic connector), but they were on time, had my parts, and had my washer fixed in an hour. Definitely will recommend Sears Appliance Repair to everyone!

Gilbert has always been a great tech! Very knowledgeable, neat, efficient and friendly. He never seems bothered by my questions and is very accommodating! His experience is evident and I appreciate his reliable service. I've had others service my appliances but have never been as satisfied as I am with Gilbert!! Great technician...please keep him around:)
