Your tech was so friendly, helpful and insightful when I asked him for the best way to clean my washer. He did a great job replacing the pump and after he placed the washer back in its position, he leveled the washer for me. I highly recommend him and compliment him for his attitude and service.

Ethmsne was very knowledgeable on fridge repairs particularly for my brand. He didn't repair my fridge but since I thought I may have accidentally left door open all night it fixed itself before he arrived.He then went through the gamut of issues I may see happen to my fridge in the future.I was satisfied with the. Repair diagnosis because it educated me on my fridge .I have a well made fridge according to Ethmane.That was Good news also.I would trust him with repairs to my appliance. again.
