Technician was prompt and explained what was wrong with washer and dryer. Technician explained what he was going to do to repair both. Technician also told how to care for both so they last longer. I was extremely satisfied

It is very satisfy with the service Sears had provided, the technician found out what's wrong with the refrigerator promptly & he ordered the parts & came back to repair it within 2 days. We don't need to wait for a long time
