Excellent service. Please don’t use AI to get a hold of you for service. It doesn’t work because I have questions that AI can’t answer. It’s very frustrating. please put people to answer the phone instead of AI. Otherwise, I may try to find somebody that does answer a phone instead of AI and stop using Sears as my repair service.

The technician, Ethmane, was awesome. He was on time, immediately identified the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I would definitely use him again if I could. He was very knowledgeable and honest.
