My dishwasher has not been properly draining over the last few weeks. After Carolyn came over, she diagnosed the issue being from calcium buildup and gave me recommendations for how to solve the issue since it doesn’t necessarily require parts or manual repair. She also pointed out the air duct on our sink that helps to release pressure from the dishwasher. I have had a few technicians out here for repairs in the past and not one other technician ever explained what that part was for or what it did. I’m so happy with the service Carolyn provided and was very happy to see a woman in this type of industry with the confidence and intelligence she exudes.

Enrique explained what he was doing to fix the fridge and explained why the condenser went bad. He answered all of my questions, cleaned up after himself and treated our fridge like it was his own.
