Carolyn is great. Your scheduling system, not so much. I asked for, and was told the appointment would be from 1 to 5. The appointment schedule sent to me was from 8 to 12. The original message said the tech would arrive at approximately 9:21, then it changed to 10:23. She got here at about 10:50. FYI.

The technician was amazing! Very nice respectful and repaired my refrigerator quickly. I had the same experience with as I saw on Patricia‘s review as far as waiting for somebody nobody is showing up. Office cancelled appointment and then the driver would come anyway. then when I did have an appointment and then nobody came so I was not happy about that! I was able to finally talk to somebody after bugging the last tech for a phone number that someone would actually answer and not talk to a recording with no options that worked. I needed to schedule my own appointment. It was frustrating. If I hadn’t called, who knows how long I would have waited. Happy that it’s finally been taken care of.
