I have had in the past very bad service regarding the main Sears Service Department representatives. Fortunately on this occasion the Service Department was much more responsive and on top of matters. Which kind of took the bad taste of the past away. My technician - Jayden was very kind, respectful & very knowledgeable in making a very quick fix of the matter. I would definitely request Jayden as my future technician. As I see it Jayden is a complete 5 star Sears Tech.
