I' m a senior citizens and not a technician, they could of told me over the phone to hold the drain water button to fix my drain problem. Not very happy.

Our heat pump motor needed to be replaced in our heat/air unit. Juan and Sergio did a great job in diagnosing the problem. Juan ordered and looked for the hard to get part which I really appreciated. He was joined by Sergio in the replacement. They were both professional, nice and efficient. I highly recommend them!!!
