The repairman arrived on time. He called just before he arrived which was nice. He was able to solve my problem in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself.

had a sears repair tech come to look at my cooktop and stove. he did a good job, was friendly, and listened. the cooktop was an easy repair...the oven needed a part replaced which he had in his truck so he was able to replace it that day. i was happy with the result of this service repair visit.
