Reason for not 5 stars is ,we have 2 year old washer and they came and solved the problem once,but it started again and trouble shooting says it was unbalanced but it will have to be looked at real soon,real soon.Well yes it's hell of time getting someone here to fix it.No blame on Jose,but your AI system is not customer friendly.Actually it's crappy.Go back to a human .Thanks Jose for coming out and fixing the washer
