Michael came in exactly on time and with exactly the right solution. He took no time to diagnose the problem, order the parts and work with the insurance to pay for the work. The parts came in 2 days later and it was a breeze to get the things working. He is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and best of all a very friendly person. I can say that these types of folks are not easy to find. The last one I had seen was in 1984 :) It was very nice to meet him and getting the refrigerator fixed.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly inspected my refrigerator, identified the problem, and clearly explained that it was unfortunately not repairable. What I really appreciated was that he immediately took action and contacted the insurance company to help move the process forward. Excellent service and great customer care.

Richard is a very quiet technician. Didn't take him very long to diagnose a broken belt. Initially he said he needed to order the belt, which would take about 3 weeks before they could come back. Disappointing, but he went and double checked his van and found he had the tool in his inventory. So installed it and am up and drying again. The only point I have and I don't blame the technician is that his tool for checking inventory should be better and jave better cross-referencing to find parts that may jave a number change. Richard was great.
