The AI sceduling and communication was a complete disaster. I received about 6 text messages half saying one date and half saying another. When I called Sears I reached an AI system but could not get in contact with an actual human being. I called my home warranty then they tell me the appointment for the 29th is only tentative. The problem with the dryer was not correctly communicated so all the parts were not delivered to my house. Good thing the technician had the part on hand he was able to fix both problems. Aside from all that confusion and frustration the technician, Prateek, was great !!! He was timely, even though the AI system said he wasn't coming until 10/29. He was fast and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and kindly explained to me what had happened and why my dryer stopped working. He also gave me some tips on general questions that I had. He was an all around very nice person. Thank you so much, Prateek.
