The technician (I didn't get his name) called, said he would arrive in 15 minutes. I diagnosed the problem as the water pump. He explained what he needed to do, removed the pump and inserted the new. It was great! I appreciated him explaining what the problem was and how quickly he placed the new part in and put the machine back together.
