RANDY is Very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and FINALLY someone who did the job correctly! I am very disappointed in how SEARS has become all AI generated , there is no customer service and when I finally reached a human to complain about our previous experience ( not Randy it was two other men who did nothing ) I for someone twice from another country and I got hung up on twice ! It’s a disaster and I probably won’t renew my seat warranty because I need to speak to a HUMAN and someone from the USA not India call center ! (No disrespect intended) telling me there are no managers available because they are fixing the AI problem, that was a joke ! Even Walmart has customer service and real employees to talk to if there is an issue ! BUT RANDY WAS GREAT AND AFTER WAITING FOREVER HE FIXED THE ISSUE THANK YOU !!!
