We never seen the person. We have been without air conditioning since July 23 2924. S omeone lied and said that they arrived at my. My husband went outside to greet the but he was not here and today a person was supposed to repair our air conditioning. To Know we have been for repair person for months. My wife is in a heart monitor machine and I explained this to Your Team. This is unacceptable, poor service and My bet not die because y'all lack of communication. Iam rating y'all an O for poor services.

The gentle that came today was very informative and engaging. He generated a report for me to reference later. The gentleman you sent a month ago gets 1/2 star, if that. I work in construction and I am fairly familiar with best practices. He did not perform 1/2 the things he was suppose to. The report he supposedly generated I have yet to receive. If the gentleman that came today didn't inspect and fixed what he did today I was going to cancel your service. The gentleman today deserve more than the 5 stars I gave him.

Technician came on a Tuesday to fix my Bosch dishwasher which displayed code -25 meaning the machine was not draining properly. Seemed to work well when he left, but error code E-24 (clogged filter) came on after doing a dish load in the evening. Technician returned the next afternoon and used a snake to unclog the drainage. Total success!
