Sajjad H is great!
Sajjad arrives on time. Texts when he's on his way. Is very thorough and explains everything he's doing and why. He also will wear a mask for us since we still take precautions and we appreciate that very much! The Sears warranty people on the phone are very difficult to work with and will lie about submitting claims or service calls. I've spent many hours on the phone with them. That's a terrible service. But Sajjad gets 5 stars because he is very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Outstanding
Outstanding technician. Polite, communicative on when he will be arriving & describing what the issue is and what he will be repairing. I wanted to tip him, but didn't know if it was appropriate. I don't wish for my dryer to break down again-but if it does, I hope he will be the technician to be assigned.
