Did not fix, wasted my time, double charged for service call

Bad. Complete waste of my time. About 4 hours of my time for Sears guy to order 4 lightbulbs to fix fridge. Turned out not to be the problem. But he closed it out with home warranty co as resloved. On top of it he charged me twice for the service call fee that is only due one.

My Kenmore washing machine has been leaking water for two years and Sears Home Services was never able to fix it and they will not authorize a replacement

He spent 10 minutes. Said the water line was cut and I needed a plumber. I called a plumber. The plumber located the water line in 5 minutes, hooked it up to refrigerator. After doing so, the refrigerator leaked. Plumber said it would be necessary for appliance repair person to repair refrigerator. I paid Sears for nothing. Then I had to pay a plumber for what Sears had to do, attach the already present water line to fridge and then locate problem with fridge/freezer.

Dissatisfied and Disappointed

I give Eric Q a negative ten. I selected one start because I had no choice. Eric was unpleasant upon arrival at 6:00 pm. He immediately said there's nothing he could do if I need any part because the office is closed. He suggested I call and make another appointment. I waited all day 12-5:pm for my refrigerator to get repaid. He asked if I had a cooler and suggested I put my food in it.

Didn't work on appliance

He came in and said that the appliance needed to have a serial # on the door. I gave him the manual that came with the appliance that had the serial # on it. He said it was company policy. He should have worked it out with Thor (who scheduled him)…instead he left and didn't touch my appliance. I understand about company policy….just a little upset at the moment.
