Lucy was diligent and checked the ignitor wiring and discovered it wasn't getting power. She rewired the back harness and the ignitor worked normally. I had expected her to order an ignitor replacement, but as noted she was able to repair the issue and fixed the oven in one stop - much appreciated, an excellent job!
